Server Requirements

PHP 5.0.3+ with MySQL(i), GDlib and XML support (exif is optional)
MySQL database server (4.0+ recommended); other DBMS supported by PEAR::DB are untested so far
UNIX compatible OS (like Linux, BSD, Solaris or OS X) and Apache HTTP server for production environments. Windows is experimental, but seems to work quite well.
PEAR packages: DB, Text_Wiki and Archive_Tar (for uploading image archives)
Write access to the filesystem for caching and logs
At least 50 MB of free webspace (including phpMyAdmin)
