Languages
The available CMS languages can be managed on admin/languages.php.
New languages can be added on the "Add Language" page and existing languages can be edited using the edit buttons.
Lang Code tells AWF what language file to use.
Language files are named after this scheme:
inc/langs/[lang_code]/[filename].[lang_code]
The Charset will be used for the HTML header by the design template. You can use UTF-8, but you do this at your own risk, until PHP is unicode safe.
If a language is not published, a user will not be able to select it, but the editors can still publish content in that language.
