The Spaw WYSIWYG Editor

Please note: Though SPAW can still be used, it's use is deprecated in AWF 2.10. It is a security risk and produces invalid XHTML source. Maybe somebody will integrate another WYSIWYG solution into AWF at a later time (a Wiki markup WYSIWYG editor would be great).
